SUBJECT: Your new University Page is now live to all Linkedin members

LinkedIn

Hi Dawn,

In 2016, we previewed the new University Pages with page administrators. I'm excited to announce that the new University Page experience is now live to all LinkedIn members.

Check out your new University Page

What's new:

  1. Edit and manage your page more easily with a dedicated admin experience, which includes in-line editing. Explore the new admin view.
  2. Measure the impact of your marketing and get more actionable insights to improve your ROI with an expanded analytics dashboard (coming soon).
  3. Post and sponsor content from your page. This feature was previously only available for Company Pages. Learn more about Sponsored Content.
  4. Only admins will be able to post updates to the new University Page. Members will still be able to comment on your posts.

What's staying the same:

  1. If you had both a University Page and a Company Page, we'll automatically merge your followers and content. The only content that will not be copied over is updates from your old University Page.
  2. Target your updates to different audiences.
  3. Help students and alumni network their way to a job they love with the redesigned Alumni Tool. This tool helps you find alumni in specific fields, locations, companies, and more.

Remember to:

  1. Upload a cover image for your new University Page. The recommended size for the cover image is 1536 by 768 pixels.
  2. Update your university's logo. The minimum logo size is 300 by 300 pixels.
  3. Update your page content and start posting updates.

The old University Pages are no longer available on LinkedIn. If you have any feedback on the new page, submit it using the ‘Product Guide' button at the bottom of the admin view of your new University Page. If you have questions, check out this Help Center article.

We hope you enjoy your newly designed University Page.
